Cancellation Policy

studio el mar requires a 48 hour notice to avoid any fees.

If you cancel within the 48 hours, 50% will be due. Same-day cancellation or no show, 100% of the service cost is due no exceptions.

For all new clients who are booking a service, studio el mar requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This will be credited toward your upcoming chemical appointment.

For consultations: studio el mar requires a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid any fees.

Missed consultations fee is a non-refundable $50.

A current card on file must be given in order to secure any appointments at studio el mar. When giving this information you are agreeing to the terms and policies listed above.
